Emmanuelle Jeannot

Bonjour !

I’m Emmanuelle, a native French speaker born in Paris where I grew up, studied and started work. I regularly go back to visit family and friends. I began my professional career as a Human Factors / Usability specialist, working for a variety of organisations, many of them requiring fluency in English on a daily basis.

In 2000 I moved to the UK, which has been my home ever since. Initially, I continued with my career in the Human Factors field, but in 2009 I decided to retrain and establish myself as a Translator quickly specializing in healthcare and medical translation.

When I am not at my desk, I can be found enjoying the great outdoors, especially walking on the Malvern hills or attending a fitness class at the gym. I’m an enthusiastic chocolate connoisseur even organising tasting sessions at charity events.

I became a Bristish Citizen in 2020.
